Information we collect
We collect information customers provide when placing an order or requesting support, including contact, billing, shipping, order, and communication details. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Hirudin & Co.
We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as device, browser, request, security, and error data.
How we use information
We use information to process payments, fulfill and support orders, send transactional messages, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the storefront.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and authorities as needed for these purposes, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for website hosting, Sanity for website content storage, and shipping or professional service providers involved in an order.
Retention and international processing
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Service providers may process information in countries other than the customer's country and apply their own legally required safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right available in your jurisdiction by emailing info@hirudinco.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where legally required. Transactional order messages cannot be opted out of while needed to complete an order.
