Where we ship
Hirudin & Co. ships to destinations made available at checkout. Availability may change because of carrier service, sanctions, customs, product restrictions, or other legal requirements. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot lawfully or reliably deliver.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Estimated international delivery is 7–21 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or carrier delays may extend delivery.
Tracking is provided by email when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address and monitoring carrier updates.
Shipping charges, duties, and taxes
A flat USD shipping charge is displayed before payment. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place): the recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes not collected at checkout.
A shipment refused or returned because charges were not paid may be refunded only after it is received back, less non-refundable shipping, carrier, customs, and return costs where permitted by law.
Delivery problems
Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing delivery to info@hirudinco.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the carrier's expected delivery date for a missing parcel. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the carrier record and provide the remedy required by this policy and applicable law.
