Return window
Contact info@hirudinco.com within 14 days after delivery before returning an item. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return. Opened products are returnable only when defective, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Return process
Do not send a return until instructions have been provided. The customer pays return shipping for discretionary returns. Hirudin & Co. pays reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Original shipping charges, import duties, brokerage fees, and return postage are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after another remedy is agreed. Stripe and the customer's bank may take 5–10 business days to display the refund after it is issued.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch when operationally possible. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
